Made the following  scrubs :

1- Green Tea Body Scrub

  • 2 Green Tea Bags
  • Sugar
  • Lavender Oil
  • Rosemary  , Elemi, Eucalyptus Essential oil
  • Green Food coloring

Didn’t like  the smell at first but the longer it stayed , the better the smell .The green tea was messy  especially when it came time to clean the shower.
This was the first time to add food coloring .  I added a little tooo much green . it was a fun color but i prefer more natural colors.

2-  Happy Body Scrub 

  • Sugar
  • Olive sunrise
  • Lemon
  • Bergamot
  • sweet orange
  • Yellow  food color

The scrub  had happy colors  with its yellow and orange swirl . Again, want to find an alternative to food colors.  It  smelled  fresh…

Aside from body scrubs , i am also trying different blends for the oil diffuser and body massages … i love every part of  it 🙂

  1. As well as Bergamot and Lemon which are both uplifting oils that are brilliant for both low mood and depression Frankincense is really good at helping us to accept and move on.

    It is important to avoid exposure to strong sunlight and use of sun beds after using the citrus oils as some people can get really badly burned after their use in massage. Even in the British winter I warn clients of this.
